Pacific Ocean – is the largest ocean on our planet that stretches from horizon to horizon, still hiding many secrets in its depths. Our snowmobile ride towards the Pacific Ocean coast is a unique opportunity not only to explore the natural untouched beauty of winter landscapes of Kamchatka, enjoy the breathtaking views of snow covered bays.
The Three Brothers rocks guarding the entrance to Avachinskaya bay have become one of the symbols of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. According to an old legend, they were three brothers that saved the coast from a very large ocean wave. After saving the bay, the brothers turned into rocks, and they still stand continuing to safeguard the city. Currently the Three Brothers is an official natural monument.
The Petropavlovsk lighthouse, which is as old as the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy itself, is located on the north-eastern side of Avachinskaya Guba, on the Mayachnyi cape. Over its long lifetime, Petropavlovskiy lighthouse has been a witness to many historical events.
